The Warehouse is located in Anglo-Jos Industrial Area in Jos, Plateau State. It serves as the factory of Paptec Ind. Ltd. The Total Floor area is 1500sqm. 200sqm of the floor area has a Mezzanine floor over it, on which the offices are located. The lower area beneath is used as a storage area. The rest forms the factory floor. The warehouse structure is made of prefabricated steel portal frames resting on RC stanchion bases. The exterior walls are made of sand Crete blocks well plastered and finished in choice paint. Composite floor panels supported by secondary beams were used to form the mezzanine floor. A steel staircase is made to provide access to the Mezzanine floor. The staircase is finished in chequered plates, while the office floors are finished with top quality tiles.
The roof covering is made of Industrial gauge (0.7mm) stucco finish, long-span Aluminum roofing sheets. High level Aluminum sliding windows were introduced on either side to aid illumination and ventilation.
A loading bay covered is provided on one side of the warehouse. This is covered by a canopy cantilevering out from the stanchions.
